Heian Yondan

• Single and triple punch
• Rising block - reverse punch
• Inside block - reverse punch
• Outside block - elbow strike - reverse punch
• Front kick - straight punch combination
• Roundhouse kick - reverse punch
• Side snap and side thrust kick
• Knife-hand strike - front leg front kick - reverse punch
